Are your shoes true to size?
Most people find our shoes fit true to size, though skate shoes tend to run a touch wider than standard sneakers. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend going with the larger one for a more comfortable fit, especially if you plan to skate in them.
Are your products suitable for actual skateboarding, or are they more lifestyle?
Both. That's kind of the point. Our skate shoes are designed with input from our pro team, so they hold up to real skating — the grip, the durability, the board feel. At the same time, the designs work as everyday shoes. You don't have to choose between function and style.
Do you test your products with pro skaters?
Every product goes through our team riders before it hits the shelves. If something doesn't hold up to their standards, it doesn't make it to production. That's been the process since day one.
What's the difference between your shoe categories?
Our performance line is built for serious skating — reinforced stitching, impact cushioning, grippy outsoles. Our lifestyle line leans more toward everyday wear with skate-inspired design. Both are quality. It just depends on what you're using them for.
Do you make gear for snowboarding?
Yes. We've been making snowboard boots and outerwear for years. Same philosophy: build it for the people who are actually out there riding, not for a catalog photo.
How do I care for my shoes to make them last?
Keep them dry when you can. If they get soaked, let them air dry — don't put them in the dryer or near a heater. For suede or leather, a brush and some protectant spray go a long way. And honestly, skate shoes are meant to get beat up. Some wear is part of the deal.
What if my shoes fall apart quickly?
If there's a genuine manufacturing defect, reach out within 30 days. We stand behind our construction. Normal wear from skating isn't a defect, but a sole separating after a week of light use? That's on us.
How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 3–4 business days. After that, standard ground is 2–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Free ground shipping on orders over $100.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Final Sale items are excluded. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
Take photos, contact us within 7 days, and we'll send a replacement or refund. If you selected package protection at checkout, you can also file a claim directly.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we can't modify or cancel it. If you need to return something after it arrives, our standard return process applies.

How should I store my gear?
Cool, dry place. Keep it out of direct sunlight for extended periods. For snow gear, make sure everything's fully dry before storing it for the off-season.
Are your products cruelty-free?
We don't test on animals. Our leather and suede come from suppliers who meet our sourcing standards.
